  • Permit requirements depend on the scope of your remodel, but a whole-home renovation will typically involve building permits and may also require separate plumbing, mechanical, and electrical permits. Projects involving structural changes, additions, or changes to the exterior footprint may require additional review. Properties near shorelines, critical areas, or other regulated areas can have additional requirements as well. We can help identify the permits your project is likely to need and work with Whatcom County and the appropriate professionals throughout the permitting and inspection process.

  • No, we do not offer in-house financing or payment plans. However, we’re happy to work with you and your lender throughout the construction process and provide the project documentation they may require.

  • We facilitate construction and remodeling projects year-round on Lummi Island. Each season brings different considerations, from weather and site conditions to ferry logistics, but our experience building on the island allows us to plan accordingly and keep projects moving throughout the year.
