Edgar Home Remodel

This project involved a complete remodel of a 1980s home, transforming it into a fresh, clean, and modern island retreat for clients who were new to Lummi Island. The homeowners wanted a contemporary aesthetic with high-end finishes, and the renovation included a beautifully updated kitchen, luxury bathrooms, custom tile work, and thoughtful finishes throughout. As with many remodels of older homes, the project required creative problem-solving to work through unexpected conditions and adapt the existing structure to meet modern standards. The result is a polished, comfortable home that feels entirely new while making the most of the original property.
